At Hill of Banchory we offer office space in our business centres and industrial location in our business Nest Units.

The business centres operate a swipe card security system to access after hours/weekend and access to your own office, which is protected by a PIR activated alarm system.

We provide office space for all sizes of organisation. We can cater for 1 to 2 man office space up to 20 person open plan areas.

If you have larger requirements, then our Business Centre 2 may be more what you are looking for, details about this can be obtained from the Property Manager.

Our serviced offices allow your company to hit the ground running, we provide furniture, telephones, telephone lines, reception cover and Building Insurance. We can supply IT support on either a fixed monthly retainer or ad-hoc basis, as well as server storage in either of the temperature controlled server rooms (Depending on access requirements and server volume).

Example Office

Your office is cleaned and maintained through the Business Centre, no more balancing on chairs to change that bulb, just report it to reception, and a qualified electrician will do the rest.

Allocated parking is available for each office.

A newly fitted powerful electric shower is available for all employees to use, whether it be for after that strenuous cycle to work, or the run at lunchtime you can return to work fresh and ready to go!
